League Taka – Terms & Conditions: A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

01 General Introduction

Welcome to League Taka. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the League Taka platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using this website, mobile app, or any related services.

By registering or using the League Taka platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity between the two, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To use the League Taka platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or another country where this service is operated.
• Online gaming or betting must not be prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a person currently subject to self-exclusion or any other restrictions.

Registration Process

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information entitles League Taka to immediately close your account. Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts and any funds held within them may be forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw it — this is called a wagering requirement. For example, a x30 wagering requirement means you need to wager ৳30,000 on a ৳1,000 bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The minimum odds for bets placed with a bonus are generally 1.5 or higher.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• League Taka reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines that a user is abusing the bonus system.
• The welcome bonus is for new users only. Each account is eligible once.

06 Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

• Hedging or Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting bonuses to systematically generate risk-free profits.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

League Taka may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious activity is detected.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).

Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. For self-exclusion, your account can be temporarily suspended for a specified period.

09 Disclaimer & Limitations

League Taka is not responsible for the following:

• Betting opportunities missed due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Any loss or damage caused by issues with your own device or network.
